Determinasi Kepemimpinan Etis dan Iklim Etis terhadap Perilaku Etis Karyawan: Studi Empiris pada Industri Logistik Pergudangan

Keberlanjutan organisasi di tengah persaingan bisnis global sangat bergantung pada integritas perilaku sumber daya manusianya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ethical leadership dan ethical climate terhadap ethical behavior karyawan pada PT Swift Logistic Solutions. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif post-positivisme, data dikumpulkan melalui metode convenience sampling terhadap 93 responden yang merupakan pegawai tetap perusahaan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda (multiple linear regression) setelah memenuhi uji asumsi klasik, reliabilitas, dan validitas faktor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan etis dan iklim etis memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku etis karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Secara spesifik, iklim etis diidentifikasi sebagai faktor dominan yang membentuk pola perilaku di tempat kerja. Model penelitian ini memiliki nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,747, yang mengindikasikan bahwa variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 74,7% variansi perilaku etis. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya peran pemimpin sebagai teladan moral serta penciptaan ruang diskusi transparan, seperti kegiatan townhall, untuk memperkuat fondasi etika organisasi di sektor logistik.
